Needs A Lot Of Work
Man, where do I start? Checked into a room that seriously wasn't cleaned. Bathroom was a mess, one toilet was out of order, the other was overflowing. You could see mold on the walls, and even the smoke detector was just wires! Woke up with bites on me. Snack bar was cool though, just wish the room matched its vibes.

Adequate stay but needs improvement
I spent 2 nights in a Non-Smoking King Room and appreciated the clean atmosphere and comfortable bed during my stay. The staff was helpful with my requests, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. However, I encountered issues with my room key not working at times, which was frustrating. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I hope they can address the key problems.

The location provides decent access to nearby attractions, making it somewhat convenient for exploring the area. Easy parking near the rooms adds a layer of convenience for those with vehicles.
The rooms often lack cleanliness, with reports of dirty floors and bathrooms upon arrival. Amenities seem outdated, such as the air conditioning units that either blast heat or cold without proper adjustment. Breakfast options lack variety and sometimes run out, leaving little to choose from. Additionally, key card issues make accessing the rooms a hassle, as there are multiple complaints about needing to reset them frequently. The noise levels from neighboring rooms can be distracting, especially if you're in a smoking room—smells linger. Overall, it's a mixed bag that might not meet expectations.

The free wi-fi and quick express check-in were great. The room needed a thorough cleaning, though.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
I had the best time relaxing in my King Room Non-Smoking! The free Wi-Fi made it easy to share my adventures with all of you, and the express check-in was lightning fast. Plus, the staff was super helpful when I needed assistance-they really went the extra mile!
can recommend 😊❤️

We had a decent time checking out the nearby Casino Factory Shoppes. It's an easy drive and fun for the whole family. Plus, our non-service dog loved the pet-friendly aspect, which made it more comfortable for us all.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could be vastly improved for families. A better housekeeping routine would really help with that.

The stay at Best Value Inn was satisfactory for my work trip. The location was convenient for accessing local business venues, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the efficiency of the 24-hour front desk, which catered to my late-night request for additional supplies.
The property requires significant renovation.

The room I originally checked into had a terrible odor, making it uncomfortable from the start. After switching rooms multiple times, the cleanliness issues persisted, with mold and dirt in the bathroom and filthy carpets. The location was decent, close to nearby casinos, which was the only redeeming quality of my stay. I definitely won't be returning due to the overall unsatisfactory conditions.

Had a great stay with friends! We loved checking out the Casino Factory Shoppes and playing at Horseshoe Tunica Casino. The location is super convenient, and although the breakfast is just dry cereal, the staff was helpful. Perfect for a fun group getaway!
We had an issue with noisy hallways that disrupted our sleep. It could get a bit loud at times, which was frustrating.
